Unimon Inc. (the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in connection with the services (the “Service”) provided on this website.

The Company may also obtain transaction records including personal information and payment-related information between users and business partners, and other information from partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors).

Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

However, the Company may refuse disclosure in whole or in part if disclosure would likely (i) harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the user or a third party, (ii) significantly hinder the proper execution of the Company’s business, or (iii) violate laws or regulations. A fee of 1,000 JPY per request may be charged for disclosure.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion)

If a user requests correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of personal information on the grounds that such information is inaccurate, the Company will conduct necessary investigations without delay and, if it is deemed necessary, will make the Correction, etc., and notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc.)

If a user requests the suspension or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) of the use of personal information on the grounds that it is used beyond the scope of the purposes of use or was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct necessary investigations without delay and, if deemed necessary, will implement the Suspension, etc., and notify the user without delay. If the Suspension, etc. requires excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, the Company will take alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to the Policy)

Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or by this Policy, the Company may change the contents of this Policy without notice to users. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Policy will become effective when posted on this website.
